Jetlasers order question

For my first laser purchase in three years I decided to get a 500mw 532nm Equality series from Jetlasers. I had payment issues on my first order that ultimately led to me having to cancel it and make the same order again, which they were very helpful with. However, it has now been five days since I got a payment conformation on the 2nd order and I have heard nothing about it being shipped or any way to track it. I contacted them two days ago asking for an update but haven't received a message back yet. I know part of the laser buying experience in the states is waiting a long time to receive it, but I am just wondering if I should be worried since I haven't yet received anything indicating it is even on it's way yet. If anyone has gotten anything from Jetlasers recently (especially if you are in the U.S) I would just like some advice on what to do or just reassurance that this is normal. Thanks.

It's Monday morning for China right now. You should most likely get an update eMail today :)

Do you buy it online? If so , you can send emails about this matter and tell them about contacting with the Credit Card Center or raise the Paypal issue. Easy to handle.

shame on the OP- if it never came we would surely know -- his silence speaks loudly- no follow-up is as bad as poor service-

Jet lasers has the best customer care not just in lasers but any company I deal with regularly. Gray regularly goes above and beyond for his customers. No need to think the OP didn't get his laser.

Agreed! I've dealt with Gray in the past and was amazed how kind he was to me. Now, if only everyone was like him :)

I recived an upgrade to a laser I already owned two weeks ago. For free!
Gray at Jetlaser is the best of the best. He will get back to you. Your Lazer will arrive earlier then anyone from overseas. And you will have the Rolls Royce of lasers. I guarantee this.

As Hakza1 already said. Ignore the bad advice you received ^^ earlier

Same thing happened to me- order confirmed then nothing... Turns out there was a hurricane going on over there and my order had to be delayed. I can guarantee you your order will be sent out by them as fast as humanly possible.
