Here in Canada, thet are totaly legal, when my DX 20mW went thru, I found signs that they had open the box and checked out the laser. I'm happy to see that.
Ya, come to Canada, it's a great idea, but be careful, I think Ontario and British-Colombia have import laws...

hey i live in australia and i brought my self a 200mW laser pointer from melbourne
and i know another place that sells 100mw laseres as well, they sell the 200mw for $25 and the 100mW for $45
