I need user's input with KD shipping. did it ship?

Now in my case, it's a bit different than most. first off, I've been talking to Connie all throughout the wait of my 150mW baton style laser. She assured me she would personally check this laser and make sure it works before she sends it out. well finally, the last email i recieved was this:

It sounds really assuring, but I cant remember if Kai sends out an email confirming the order was shipped? I dont think they do do they? the problem is that this is a replacement order, and the fact they they updated their web layout, my old order is gone and they never added a new one. I dont think they will for a replacement. I would track the order like I used to be able to, but they removed this feature.

she said if i have questions to email her and she will let me know the status of my order, but since then i have not got an email back.


I'd just like some input from other users about ordering from KD, I know you never got a response and it took forever, but did you ever get an email saying it was shipped? or did the package just arrive at your doorstep one day?

I ordered something from the old Kai ages ago, and now apparently the thing I ordered (some sort of butterfly-knife looking thing) is not on their website anymore, they haven't replied to my tickets, I haven't got mail from customs or anything... -_______-

lol well im sorry to hear that, i take it it wasn't too expensive right?

but in my case, i got response all until the end, but she did say it was ready to be shipped...so im not sure..

The order#49350 was already shipped from our warehouse on 7/30/2008 .

It should arrive in a week.

We have checked the item and make sure it was working well before shipping it.
