Well there you go. WL "is" giving free lasers away in order to spread the word. You have to realize that it does not cost them thousands to make them. So what better idea to advertising on a forum that hates WL? Give away lasers to the veterans, and other members with positive reps LOL.

Yes I do agree with you on that one.
Sending out review lasers or "giving away" lasers is a way for them to get their name out, on a forum that for the most part hated WL.

And I know i'm not a "veteran" member, but I would like to think that I contribute something here.

However, if I was offered anything other than the 5mw version. I would like to think that I would have said no, because of the fact that I do not have a power meter. For the 5mw versions I think it is more about the looks and esthetics's. Well like I said, I will do my best on my review.

ps, not trying to start an argument Tech :)
