Chroma isnt perfect though, and what it tells you should only be taken as 'guesstimates'. While it's mathematically correct, people judge colors differently. What it gives you as 'white' may be too 'warm' or 'cool' for your tastes.

Also, keep in mind that chroma's output is for the 'dot' on a pure white surface. 'beam' colors are going to be a different ratio to get white, thanks to rayleigh scattering.

You could get that out, ultimately you would have to go in from the rear(no pun)
and take out the rubber spacer that in around the spring.

You'll have to heat up the host to soften the epoxy... The rest is mostly cave man style pushing and prodding.

You could wrap a leather belt around it and put it in a vice to hold it down. As other have said your host likely won't survive. I have done this in the past with a similar
host... worked out for me. One note though, the side clicky WILL give you a problem
you'll have to push the button in all the way while wrestling it one more thing to add to the your gonna break it list. GOOD LUCK.
