How do I fix a scratched lens?

I tried to fix the lens at least a little bit and got it much worse, then i started looking around and found my very first 2 laser pointers, both green 532 nm, 1mw, dismantled them, as much as it hurt me, 1 lens broke in the progress, the other one turned out to be just as scratched... Re-measured them, they seem to be 5mm - 6mm, here's how they look like, any idea where I could buy these?
