Dragon Lasers' reputation isn't that good due to an incident last year when Pseudonomen137 discovered that they sent out underpowered lasers.

make it "The Triple Treats" then. i've heard of DL sending underpowered lasers, but it's not prominent.

Ok Guys,
I really thank you all for the great help.
So I really guess that Laserglow is the most trusfull company in high output lasers.

One last question though...
I have recieved an email from Techlasers.
They would make a 600mW laserpointer with an average of 580mW and 620mW for half the price of a Hercules 500. And they have mentioned, that their quality is the same as Laserglow and Dragonlasers, cause they purchase the diodes from the same manufacturer.

Is there still a difference in your opinions? I would be thankfull for a few last answeres.

Otherwise I will stick rather with Laserglow (Herculese 500). Then I have never read a bad post about them considering high output lasers...

Thanks a lot...
greetings, Joe

They are feeding you lies. Don't believe them. They can sound very appealing, be careful they will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale.

OK Guys,

Thanks again.
Now it is clear for me. I will go for the Hercules 500mW.
Thats what I call a blimen usefull froum here.
I really think it is very important to check everything before I will make the purchase.
Cause in the "today world", everyone just wants to sell their freeking own products. And if they have to tell bullshit.

But if people (customers) give some feedbacks, like you......thats what mainley counts.

SO thanks alot to everyone whitch was very constructive here and I will defenetly let you know and post some pics when I got this Hercules 500. It might be around mid 2009.
But till then......cheers..
greetngs, Joe

Many thanks to everyone here who stood up for Laserglow! It's one thing for me to tell Joe that our products are great, but to have all of you guys back me up in a public forum is truly heartwarming. We must be doing something right to have so many supportive people helping us out with no personal gain in mind... but here's something for all of you anyways:

267101203 is Laserglow's "Forum Discount Code", and you can use this on our site to save 10% on anything. I'll even let you in on a little secret... it works on our Christmas bundes and other deals too, so you can save some serious coin by combining the bundles with a discount code.

We really do appreciate your support, and I hope you all have a great holiday this year. Cheers!

Yeah, it would be pretty cool if Laserglow gave away a laser or two in a contest! The only companies that I know to have given away lasers are Wicked and DestructiveGear.

optotronics RPL-450, it can run for a little while at 600mW... and its like 1700 dollars, not 3 grand. pluse it uses a 2.5 watt IR diode, with top of the line internals. it produces the best beam divergence, and they have jack. if anything goes wrong, he will fix it
