FYI Warning Charger Fail

Lots of chargers look like that, some are better and some are crappy. I've used one of those chargers before, but it's important not to leave it unattended or let it overcharge.

As a side note, 450mA seems too much for 16340's, specially cheap ones. It's fine for 18650's, though.

This is why I use my lab PSU to charge questionable lithium ions instead of some cheap charger. I set the voltage to 4.13 double check it and then limit the current so it charges up nice and slow. I even brought back old sony laptop packs that had some volts in them and balanced them out. Gotta love those adjustable PSUs
