Well, I have a "200mW" o-like that I think actually puts out about 30-50mW less, a 100mW BR, and a 50mW IR and green. On the way is a 245mW red. These are all my active lasers, I have a few diodes. So about 555mW or .555 watt.

will

Uhm ..... hard to say, cause some of my old units are not working (no PSU, like the 50mW He-Ne or the 8W UV HG unit) ..... and also, i think i have around some units that i don't literally know where the hell i put them, in all these years .....

Counting only solid state working ones, labby, modules, c-mounts and handhelds, regardless from the wavelenghts, i think approximatively 10 or 11 W :p ..... but if you want to add all the gas ones, and the SSY1, is a different thing :eg:

Was the engraving unit used for making those crystal cubes like in my profile pic? <<

Not clear from the pic, anyway ..... is that one of those acrylate cubes with a 3D object engraved inside them ?

If yes, for make them, is used a far-focused scanner engraver ..... is a setup that use a green or IR (depend from the type of material that they need to engrave) beam, focused on a single point from a large source, so the light can pass inside the acrylate unfocused (not affecting the material), and change the transparency properties only in the focused point, that become "scanned" in 3D pattern for "print" the object shape inside.

I had some link of these machines at work saved somewhere, if i reach to find them, i post them.

EDIT: these ones :)

I have 591mW :)

PHR-803T build = 110mw
Green O-like build = 171mW
DX green 100mW = 60mW?
DX Red 200mW = 200mW
Argon (coming) = 320-52mW

I have approximatly 1.23 watts - most of which get spat out of the green 1 watt lab CNI module. The other two comprise the 150mw green lab and the argon laser. Its probably more as CNI's are known to be overspec. I'll measure all my powers when I've saved the cash for a kenometer pro.
