At first I didnt think it was that bad of a video, maybe not the smartest guy, but once I saw the shining out of the car part I was astounded of his stupidity. In the Legal, safety section I remember some member said their laser got taken away and almost arrested for doing that, They were almost charged with impersonating a security vehicle.

Not only is he likely to hurt his own eyes in the reflection of the window but arent those signs made to return nearly 100% of light in the direction it came from? That also poses risks to other drivers from being flash blinded... I see accidents soon to come from him.

Honestly I think we should not flag the video. Just make posts telling him how he is such an idiot for shining his laser around like that. It is always good to have an example of what not to do on the internet.

It's something that should be filed under "Harmful/Dangerous Acts."

I have reservations about flagging any laser videos.

Definitely thumbs down him, make an offensive comment, explain good laser safety, PM him with death-threats and whatnot, but i don't think YouTube can be bothered to filter "safe laser usage" from "unsafe laser usage" and therefore they'll eventually start filtering out all laser videos. Which means one fewer medium via which we can communicate.

I wish that was the case. But sadly it's also the opposite, the Youtube videos like that and others Promote bad behavior, and more people go and get a laser "just like the on they saw" and then do more idiot things and post them and then it just snow balls. Honestly I think both are true, You are right and it's just a unstoppable issue as long as theres another Idiot around....

So we thumbs down, keep posting comments explaning good laser safety, and PM him with death threats! :D

I'm kidding about the death threats... they don't accomplish anything. But the rest i stand by.

Don't bother posting ANY comments on the video, I can tell by his replies that he likes to see you get pissed off, so don't give him the satisfaction. Just flag the video, and if he reloads it just flag it again. After that it is very likely that his account will get deleted.

Flagged, commented, thumbed down. Short of hacking his youtube account I don't see anything else that can be done XD
