Finally found a low divergence 520nm one watt module

Finally found a ready module with a expanded beam low divergence 520nm one watt output laser diode:

The price is high, so might just build something like it and have it mounted in a host.

Divergence to spot size calc: - 1 mRad is about .057 degrees which expands to be very roughly ~10% the diameter of the moon or sun at their distances.

Yea can't find it at the moment with a quick search but there is a thread I remember over on PL about the prism pairs coated for green used in that module and how to set them up. May be worth searching around for it.

Maybe you could just buy a 520 module from someone else for cheaper and build the rest yourself. Not sure if these exact optics will work for what you want to achieve, but it looks like they do according to their website.
