I just bought a 200mW Red Focusable Laser pointer and I need some goggles/ glasses to protect my eyes.

Preferably something cheap?

You want goggles that are blue in color which will absorb the red wavelength. Not all goggles are created equal and some are not even safe because they let in more light than they should and may not protect you from direct hits to the goggles or even reflected laser light from the dot up close. That is why we are recommending you specific goggles. Eagle Pair, Dragon Lasers, or OEM laser systems which are even more expensive then we already mentioned.

What kind do I get for a RED laser?

The kind I linked to in my previous post. ;) You will know they are for protecting from red wavelengths from their blue color (they absorb red light which is why they look blue.) However it would be good to take the suggestions for the brand name goggles recommended here. Some of the veterans have even more expensive goggles by OEM laser systems which are considered the very best. Below is the link to those. Otherwise it is best to stick to something like the Eagle Pair which are a bit cheaper but offer good protection.
