Might be his Isp.
Try using a Different Dns.
i use open dns and it works great no errors

maybe the DNS...exploded
yeah, it should be your ISP, as wesdaman said..
in argentina our lousy ISP always has problems, this past two weeks i couldnt access GOOGLE!! i had to look for the direct IP to enter the site....all the isp did was say "no, google is down" ahh cmon shut up
if i could find the IP to DX i'd give it to you

just type those numbers in your address bar and click enter. it shoudl work.

all you have to do to find the ip is put in the command prompt ping and then the web address.

tried that and its still not working.
And my ISP is Comcast.
Ill try and change my dns and see what happens
Update: changed my dns and still not working for me..
But for some reason i can only get customer service to work for me.
