Confusion about DX shipping to US

I decided to make this because no one else has. just to clear up people thinking they cant get a laser from DX. Now the thing with DX is wierd, i noticed this i dont know if anyone else has. but on the page of their lasers over 5 mW you have toe message TO ALL UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS ONLY- and it says the FDA has enforcements and can no longer ship to the US. Has anyone notices that these MESSAGES do not exist on the page for the DX true 50 mW or the DX true 100 mW? i noticed it so i decided to try the 100 mW. i mean whats the worst that can happen. theyll refund me? turns out the true 50 and true 100 are the two lasers over 5 mW that theyll ship to the US no questions asked. Why? i have no idea. thing is it works.

I dont know why DX doesnt just disassemble the units and sell them as kits to the US or mail them with batteries and end caps in one box and the laser bodies in a seperate box. That way customs has no idea what the end product is. Parts is parts.

This would fix all problems.

I can tell you they are losing business over it. They have several items I would buy if they could fix their shipping issues.
