Complete Newb, project help

Hey Laser enthusiasts! i need some help and my knowledge of electronics is extremely low.

I'm trying to find a laser for some painting projects.

I need a laser that will project a single dot centered, and two rings, one at 12 inches and one at 24 inches. Preferably with US power supply and an on/off switch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! this would solve 3 weeks of searching for a solution!

Not exactly what you are looking for, but putting this in front of a small green laser you can get your point and circle, then move the pointer closer or further away for the second circle. My guess is you don't really need my help on this.

Depending on the angle of defraction/distance the laser needs to be away to get the rings i need, this maybe just what i need!
