I am very calm and factual and to the point not drifting like a cork on the ocean.

I am really an old guy and I have never in my life met someone who can avoid issues and dodge specific questions as much as you do and have.

Thank God they do not give mental midgets the power to ban people that defeat them in debate or they would be the only person on the forum. What fun is a forum with one person.

Now I am not calling you a mental midget, I was just saying that I am glad that mental midgets are NOT given the awesome responsibility of deciding on who to ban and who not to ban.

OBTW...I am still looking for that post you were supposed to make to elcktrofreak apologize for the personnel attack he made against me, I'll pretty much assume I wont get an apology from you for you re asserting HIS personnel attack against me. Double standards...excellent social skills with outstanding character.

To larger issue, I don't think so many random careless people should have access to high powered lasers. It may not be so bad that we have to make our builds, I'd have learned more and done more by now if I couldn't buy.

Mainly the mistake was starting a website selling competed lasers. Good luck though. If I were ditch everything you have laser related. Proof, they need proof. If they can't show you have the material there is no case. Unless you sold to an FDA agent. I can relate to losing your cool against the guy.

I"d see a lawyer ASAP but you need to see the right kind also don't forget. I'm sorry I don't know what the specialty of lawyers that cover these type of cases are called.

I'm also not lawyer, I can tell you the IRS WILL GET PROOF via bank records ect... I don't know how the FDA works. My advice is just a guess, I'd ask a lawyer. I'm not qualified to give him good advice.

Granted personally I'd ditch everything but I'd also SURE AS HELL listen to Frothy's advice on top of getting a lawyer if I was in the same position.

He should hire a lawyer (probably has) for a consolation, that's the bottom line. The FDA could still get the bank records with a subpoena if they wanted to. Would that matter, I'm not a lawyer I don't know.

Well I know this thread hasn't been touched in 6 months, but I was skimming through it and got to the end and there was no resolution? What ended up happening with Mohrenberg? Obviously he's still a dealer, even tho the fuzz was all over him.

matt got a cease and desist letter then he ceased and desisted. dont think he had to pay any fines but i may be mistaken.

the "fuzz" is a slang term for cops... where u from anyway?? lol matt is a little moldy though... ;)

There was no solution.

I use to publicly sale...and advertise fully built lasers on a .com web store...the FDA found this website and were not happy. I got a letter, i called dan hewitt and said "i'm dumb i have no idea what your talking about", dan said "your a liar", i said "okay seeya later buddy"
then an FDA agent showed up at my house while i was at work and harassed my brother, he called the police on the guy. he was let in to look around and satisfy his curiosity. When he discovered no evidence of lasers being manufactured, he left........end of story.

the police builds are one time runs that i do sometimes...i no longer permanently offer complete builds.
the modules i sell are legal as they are no a finished product, they are meant to be implemented into a finished design, it's your responsibility to ensure that design complies with the FDA regulations.
i'm deleting this thread tomorrow.....
