Not in a Dodge Charger.....
(the title is ambiguous)

One will discharge differently than the other.....
It is always ill advised to mix batteries....

The Thread title still only says Charger....
That could be a Battery Charger...
or a Dodge Charger....:D

Either way I wouldn't mix different battery voltages
or capacities....:yh:

It should work, but its not the proper thing to do. If you dont want to wait for the batteries, then you wont be happy waiting, and paying for a new laser because you burnt the other one out with mixed batteries.

Your 3.6Volt batteries will never fully charge using a 3.0v
battery charger...
A 3.0 Volt battery charger stops charging at 3.6 volts...
A 3.6 Volt battery charger stops charging at 4.2 volts....

Your 3.6Volt batteries will charge but not to their rated
capacity...
