well i need to drill a hole in steel about 3-5mm from 4-5 meters. is it possible to get that strong laser?

Yes it's possible, but handheld....depends if 24 tonnes is considered "handheld"

What are you actually trying to drill hole in? and why do you need to be 5m+ away?

I've been in laser based manufacturing (and engineering) for a long time and have only ever seen two legitimate scenarios where a hole has to be created at a distance, one was for IED / UXB (Fluidic Dischargers) and the other was working on Nuclear Fuel Rods.

To make a 5mm hole in 1mm steel the Super Alia THV round will do it from a 9mm handgun.

You have peaked my interest though, neither of the above would bring you to a laser pointer forum so that makes me wonder why you need to do it?
