BOTH types of members are "NEEDED" in a healthy forum

Some need to help a bit to get NooB's started by providing limited info

Others need to spur the Noob into researching more and asking less by
"instructing" the NooB about the personality of the forum

If the forum members blindly answer EVERY repeated question,
they will rapidly burn out and stop participating

In addition, a NooB who never learns how to research will ALWAYS be less than they could be
