Can I use this charger for my 16340's?

I have a charger from a Lazerer 200mW red laser. This came with a 18650 battery+charger.

I was wondering if this charger is suitable to charge 16340 (CR123a) batteries...

Also, which batteries should I buy, I need them asap! Thanks!

Awesome One last question, what size heatshrink should I use to connect my module to the driver? I'm not sure between the 0.8-4.5mm pack or 6-10mm pack.

And which ones do I get the 450mAh or the 1400 mAh? (16340's)
