You might get a 5mW bluray under 85$ a 85 mW 100$ and a ble 473nM for 600~1200$.* The Spartan 40mW is a good choice.

yes, but people on the forum tend to make higher powered blu-rays for the $100 - $200 price.
If someone made a lowered powered blu-ray (maybe 30mW -60mW) it could cost under $100.

You could buy an assembled PHR-803T (70mW~100mW) module for ~$60.
Hey, you sell those! ;) And that will give you about 80mW of blu-ray! all you need to do is to add a >7volt power supply (or just a 9volt battery ::)) at half of your budget! Click and How he made it ;)

I built my first BluRay after lurking here for about a week. It worked first time @ 141ma, and it cost me significantly under your threshold. So ( without wanting to cost anyone some business) if you are at all inclined, do some research and whip something up yourself. You'll learn heaps and there is plenty of great material for beginners on this forum, and you have a parts offer from styropro. If a non-geek like me can build one of these things, anyone can ;).

If you're not that way disposed, well, you've already had a great offer from GG.

Adding on to above post

Yea you can learn a ton from this forum, like me ;). When I first started getting into lasers I kept searching around the internet for ways to modify lasers and make them stronger. Then I stumbled on this forum. Winithin about 2 weeks I learned how to make my own red burner lasers and just recently Blu-Rays  ;D. It all depends on what you'd rather do, buy an increibly crafted Blu-Ray, or make your own (Both are great choices). If you choose to make your own you'll wanna do some research on this forum (I'm not kidding when I say this place is like one big book that can tell you almost anything about lasers and can answer almost any question) and it won't cost nearly as much as buying a Pre-made one, you just have to be able to accept failure as well as success while building it. If you choose to buy, you'll spend some extra cash but the ones you see built here are incredible and have great build quality. I've seen people make them in all types of flashlights, pens, and box-types too that take loads of time to modify, shape, and craft into an excellent Blu-Rays (Time cannot be regained which is why it is not sold cheaply).

You can buy a blue laser if you like but they cost loads of money. Blu-Rays are just as nice (In my opinion) as Blue lasers.

The choice is yours  :)

I meant completely assembled. ::) As in a rkcstr driver thrown in there too.

You know, it probably wouldn't hurt to sell those in your store, you could easily make a few bucks selling complete modules. It wouldn't be illegal either, they are just modules so they wouldn't need to follow FDA regulations.
