this entire thread is unnecessary
good laser depends on the individual
which you should know since it's going to be your 5th laser
Do a forum search for what you need

and if you do not want to discuss your finances
you shouldn't have put it in your first 2 lines of your first post

Perhaps save the $ for now. Then next time you get $ you can either buy a relaly awesome laser, or perhaps by then you'll have found something better to use your money for

If you really want one now, and can't wait (I know I'm 15) I'd go a Nova. Remember the goggles though! Maybe a X-105 and some goggles.

OK, I admit it...back in the day my parents bribed me too.. ;D Unfortunately it didn't work..my grades did not improve..I was a heathen.. :D

Raul, it might be wise to save up a little more and get something really nice since you have experienced the lower dollar lasers...like the X105. Or take part of the money and get your X105 fixed, if it can be fixed.

Well, at the rate you are getting paid for grades I say you should save up and get an RPL. A few months till next report card and You'll have another $200+. Save it up till the end of the year and you'll have close to $1000 and you can buy an RPL-200 or 225 with some money left to get some group buy diodes to play around with all for pratically free.
