Here.

And here are the batteries and the charger.

This is a good burner since it's focusable and high powered.

Very cheap laser, don't expect a high quality build, but good for its price.

If you get that laser, you will need to purchase safety glasses (Green or Blue colored lenses) or you risk permanent injury to your eyes when looking at the spot of burning.

Try this. I think they ship internationally, I am buying one tonight:)
It's not focusable and I doubt it would trully be 200mw but if it burns a match as they say it should be 100-150mw. Green is also the most visible color 200mw green is equal to many times more red or purple.
If you want to spend a bit more try this I have one and it is a great burner.
Either way BUY SAFETY GOGGLES!!! you can get a pair that works for both green and purple very cheaply (under $20) on most sights.
NOTE: the green works on 3 AAAs which are not included and the purple works on 18650s which are included along with a charger.

? Next best place??? Huh?

Does Budgetgadgets guarantee the output rating? Do they have a 3 month warranty? How are they different from DX, Focal, Dinoerect, or any of the other drop-shippers?
:undecided:

I meant price; it's $6 more on O-like. BudgetGadgets is a trusted site but I'm not sure about warranties.

Here is a little burner that has gotten a lot of good
reviews on this site. 300mw 650nm

You should buy safety glasses if you don't have
any yet. you will need them especially if you want
to do some burning because you will be staring
at the dot. Here are some from the same company
Glasses
