I have a nova X150, and it sucks down the AAAs pretty quick.
What AAA battery is going to stay at peak power the longest and give me the longest running time, with the highest power?
I don't care if its a disposable or rechargeable, I just want to get the best, longest lasting highest power batter for my laser...

Thanks guys!!!

Eneloop rechargeable batteries are the best. In my old X105, they worked better and longer than alkalines.

if runtime isnt an issue and u want the best out of your laser in terms of performance, stick with energizer lithiums.

Energizers run at 1.8v for a bit before dropping down to 1.5v, is it that too much of a load for my laser?

Lithiums work fine in the nova X-series or any other laser with decent regulation. They might be too much for the cheap Dx lasers. The main problem with e2 lithiums is their cost. For the amount you need to pay for some energizer lithium AAAs you could almost buy another laser

I use Energizer Lithium e[sup]2[/sup] batteries for max burning power. They are expensive, but last a long time.

I picked up 10 4-packs for $80.00 on-line, that should keep me going for awhile
