I think the easiest way is to get the 3.7 V Ultrafire 16340 on ebay. There are lots of these batteries being sold on ebay and it's pretty cheap. That's where I usually buy them.

Its no more difficult ordering from a website such as InfinitusEquitas linked to, and that particular battery is one of the best. AW also do a protected 16340 sized battery rated at 750mAh - http://www.lighthound.com/AW-RCR123a-Protected-750-mAh-Battery_p_114.html

Ultrafire are all over ebay and very cheap for a reason ;)

mAh refers to the capacity of the battery. The higher the better.

Although all chinese batteries, anything XXXXFire mAh ratings are pure BS.

mAh refers to the capacity of the battery - Milliamp Hours - and is useful to give you an idea of lasing time between recharging. For example, a laser/driver drawing 800mA would give about an hours use in theory on 800mAh rated batts before needing recharging.

Of the AW's mentioned before, the IMR can supply higher currents than the ICR, though the ICR are still very good and I've used them on a high current drawing 532 without any apparent loss in power output (LPM tested)

If the host allows it though, AW IMR 18350 are the way to go i.m.o :D
