I'm sure there is already a thread for this....but would I notice a difference in my laser if I used a Panasonic high quality 18650 battery over my stock one? I can't decide if it is worth it or not.

It depends what your stock battery is. If it's something like the ultrafire 3000mAh, then you'll notice a HUGE difference.

Generally no name or ***fire 18650's are less than their claimed capacity. Panasonic cells are usually up to spec.

This is a good thread comparing the difference between a bad cell and a good brand-name one. 18650 Battery Comparison: Sanyo 2600mAh Vs Ultrafire 4000mAh
it's a blue brandless 2200mAh 3.7v. So should I order te Panasonic one? What would it change? Would the beam be brighter?

It would change the battery life. It may or may not have an effect on the output of the laser, depending on the quality of the cell you already have, and the driver.

The output is unlikely to change, assuming your laser used a proper driver. What is important is that the battery is likely to be safer if it is actually a proper brand name battery than some cheap relabel.
