Hello i bought some cheap Chinese laser pointers and the battery are moving around a lot. Sometimes the laser is perfect but it also gets weak sometimes when the batteries move around?

Should i get a refund or what

Update
----------
Fixed it by putting a small aluminum foil ball down in the bottom :)

Is it the pen type that takes 2 AAA's? If it is, its kinda common.
You can take some aluminum foil and role it to a tiny little ball and put it first before the battery's to take up some of the clearance of the moving battery's.
Just to clear up, not between the battery's but first so it sits at the bottom of the tube where the positive goes.

Poor battery connection, anything you can do to make a tighter fit will probably fix that issue.

Not sure if you are talking about the length or
the diameter of the batteries...

The lasers are just bad built. The place for the batteries was to wide so the batteries didnt connect that well always :)

No need to Double Post... It is frowned
upon on the Forum...
You can easily add to your Posts by
using the [EDIT] button at the bottom
of any of your posts.

You can wrap a few turn of electrical tape
to the cylindrical body of the batteries if
they are too small in diameter. Don't add too
much or the batteries will get jambed into
the host.

Glad you got your laser working...

If they are too short and you want a better fit lengthwise, without having to put in alu foil every time, just stretch the springs on either side. Another possibility would be to use a neodymium magnet on the end of the last battery protruding from the tube.
