Consider this, go read the first two reviews, both call the listing a lie.

Although tempting, I would steer clear.

If I were to purchase a green laser pointer from amazon.com, namely this one...

Amazon.com: 50mw Green Laser Pointer Silver Dimple Finish High Power Factory Tuned: Everything Else

(sorry don't know how to make a tidy looking link)
But, it is a 50mW and I live in the U.S. Would it get taken by customs?
I mean, I don't think amazon is going to go ahead and slap a 5mW label on the pointer for me. Should I order one, or is it risky?
This link is to a company called "MPO", it is just using Amazon as a portal. ie, they send some of their stock to Amazon for them to resell and Amazon gets about a %30 cut for drop shipping products to visitors of the Amazon website.
You would be better off if you only want to spend $30-$40 for a CHEAP (in both price and quality) pointer, to go with one of the chinese drop shippers that are used by forum members. When you go through Amazon, it's just adding another middle man to the process.

Also search this forum using the keyword "amazon" and you'll find out about the quality of the lasers they dropship.

Beware of amazon lasers becuase they are never what they promise to be and in most cases if you modify them to the setting you want they wont last long due to burning out so spend a little extra and buy from a well known area. Just FYI most "Pen Style" pointers that are running off a few AAAs rarely are over 20mw.

Pocket compact Green laser 50mW [OLPG50] - $28.00 : O-Like, Quality Products, Great Prices it may take some time getting to your place but its 50mw rating, it is almost as cheap as the one you are looking at and its green.

Alright, thanks guys.
And sorry lol, I should have used the search first I suppose. It's just not habit yet, sorry about that.
And thanks for reminding me to read the reviews photonaholic.
I'll probably go with o-like.
