Hi,
This is a 510 module extended version with a Copper sleeve pressed in with Arctic Silver and Copper dust mixed in with the Thermal epoxy.. This one should also have some great heat sinking like the full copper versions to. Hope you enjoy folks.

Hi BT,
Thanks buddy wanted to try a different approach, You never know till you try it, Some time when i'm turning a sink or knob i have a design in mind ,but that could always be altered and i try it. Copper sleeves in Al all good sinking.

Have you considered making a mod to compliment these modules. Even if your not turning it from scratch I know you have come across just about every flashlight worth modding. I don't think any forum machinists have ventured into this except for you. Just throwing that out here. Most of the mech mods available now are just not adaptable enough to run 2 18350s and I have only seen 1 that takes 2 18650s. And they are all bottom fire mods, not so good for us. There has to be a sidle clicky host that has a bezel ID around 23mm. Maybe enough room for a blackbuck 8a and a 10k pot underneath the 510 connector plate.

HI D,
yes that is a problem with bottom fire mecs at least with a side fire you can mod the tail cap a few thousands to give a little more room for 2 18350's . Some bottom fire mecs you can adjust the 510 pin a tad to give that little bit of room. Oh and 23mm isn't that noticeable and stilll looks sleek in contour . yes i have given it thought about a 510 custom Mec Mod a while back food for thought buddy
