I kinda doubt that would work - that's a meter for averaging the amount of light falling on a three dimensional surface (the white translucent half-dome) for the purpose of photography and film making. I used to use those all the time when I was in college - for still photography.

LOL !! Well glad you found what you needed. Know im confused if this were to work? i mean it would not cost alot to Experiment would it, But then again i would not have the time nor super Pwn Math skillz to do this.

its not for lasers, just lumens in general from a light bulb (or lux in metric system) but its for my sis science project so no big mathematical knowledge is necessary... just readings from a little magic box ;D
