200mw focusable or 300mw non-focusable

Greetings!

I have been wanting to buy a fair priced green laser, and I have been considering two.
The first laser is a 200mw focusable torch laser
The other one is a 300mw non-focusable pointer (thin?) laser

I don't know if the 300mw is going to be hard to burn with since it's not focusable.
What should I buy and why?

Need more info, Wavelength (color) and link to each laser.

532 nm both, both green.

I'm no expert, but the 300w looks like every laser you see on eBay and is probably not the better of the two lasers. That said, I don't know if either will burn...

Take the 200mW one.

Sorry to say but that 300mW laser cant be onspec... its propably +/-100mW.

And I doubt the 200mW laser is really 200mW..
