Always better to shop locally, and at a locally owned business, if possible. Not to mention more convenient. Unfortunately when it comes to lights, lasers, and batteries, stores are only now starting to catch up.

Shipping within the US, with most companies, tends to be free for orders over $100, or $50 or some other amount, but below that, from small companies like RMM it's flatrate.

I don't mind paying a shipping charge as long as they're up front about it instead of waiting until they have my Paypal information. I even emailed the site owner 2 days ago to ask about it and he never replied. I just hope my order actually arrives safely.

He's fairly upfront...

Shipping
I try my very best to ship out all orders the same or next business day after receiving payment. I wake early in the morning so that I can send out any orders that were placed overnight. If for any reason your order will be delayed, I will promptly notify you and give you some options relating to the order. Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of the order. Minimum amount is $2.04, maximum is generally $9.99 for envelope shipping.

The site could use some work I agree, it's very basic, but that's always an issue with any small, non IT oriented businesses.

This business, basically grew out of a need... originally, it literally started from this post: http://budgetlightforum.com/node/25986 and just one type of 18650 was being sold.

Interesting! That post from so long ago actually has more information about their shipping policy than the current website. I noticed a post from you right after the post you referred me to.

I found the 600 mah AW 16340s, a 2 pack for $13.99 at eZtech Products|E-Cigarettes Vaporizers and More, a company based in Chicago, Illinois that also has a toll free number to place orders. Can't beat that.

There are a lot of fakes going around right now on AW cells. These do not appear to be genuine either. Black logo sticker and wrong specs.
AW 16340 600mAh 2pc [AW16340] - $13.99 : eZtech Products|E-Cigarettes Vaporizers and More

The real AW will have the proper AW hologram sticker and also the 16340 will say 550mAh on it.

You can check out the way to spot fakes here.
AW Batteries - Authorised Dealers

If you want genuine cells see this thread where you can get them direct or look up a authorized dealer.
