I have 2 10440 batteries in a blu-ray leadlight set at around 75mws(guessing thats around 75mas) I need to get a charger, and I was wondering how to test wether i need to charge the batts(as i dont wanna discharge them to low and render them unusable
also, if anyone has a cheap 10440 charger they wanna sell, i am looking for one

Don't buy that. That's for 3.0V batteries, 10440 is 3.7V. Any generic charger on DX will do, just check the reviews for a good one.

You need to use a digital multimeter to check the voltage of the lithium battery. You should recharge it if the voltage goes below 3.0 volts or so. They charge to 4.2 volts MAXIMUM.
