I think I have made a little mistake. At the time I drew those curves, the RED was emitting 32mW, now it's around 3.5mW. I don't know when this happened, but at the time when I first combined the colors it had already happened. All the other stories like how beautiful magenta it becomes is still true, but with 3.5mW red instead.

I did this some time ago but I didn't get any feedback. WTF! :mad:
(Yeah it hurts a little)

Anyway my diode is still working good, but it has BIG heatsink. I pushed the violet die to 80mA and the red to 26mA and it didn't get warm. But the red die gets dim when I push the violet too hard, so I let it run at 50/26mA.

Now we just need cyan and yellow to make a CMY white laser... take that RGB! :D
