My New HOST!!     [pictures]

So here it is! I'll probably be putting a 115D red in it, or a 803t if anyone would be nice enough to sell me one... i had a drive way early and then that Chinese mofo sun jum kin lee or whatever told me he was out! Argh! Anyways, it used to be a LED flashlight. It has a twist on, and a push button on, which i plan to retain. It holds 2x cr123 batteries. It was near impossible to get that top out. I plan to make my own heatsink that goes in the front out of aluminum and that holds a aixiz lens. I will be making my own driver for it if you want to follow my driver thread its in this same forum. On to the pictures!:

how the screw/push works it pushes the metal onto the pcb. apparently the spring is non-conductive...

SUPER 6 LASER DIODES 2000000 mW! or maybe thats the old LED's and I will be making my own heatsink/head.

How it all fits together. (O-rings will make it waterproof.)

Looks sweet. So I'm guessing since you mentioned making a heat sink for it that you will just have one diode that is centered? Only asking because I know people have been crazy enough to think about multiple laser lights.

yeah just one. but thatd be awesome if i used the cap on there and make a 6 laser thing. and it spun super fast into a big circle of colors. woah.
