this is the module i purchased from an electronics store.
the specifications are:

output power: 2000mw ( 2W )
wavelength: 808nm
working mode: TTL and manual use
controller: cpu based
power source: 100 - 240vac

this module has a controller with 128x64 pixel graphic lcd. the output power can be adjusted from %30 to %100 ( i dont know why i cant decrease under %30 and i will ask to the salesman within a few days  ). the operating mode can be selected from the menu. there are 2 modes first one is manual. second mode is TTL input.

i will write more info and add pictures.

the module has a nozzle for air and laser co axial work. controller has an air pump inside ( a bit noisy ). and for lens protection the air is blowing from nozzle.

laser is cooled with TEC peltier and monitored and controlled with driver box.
this is the picture of the menu when operating

Hello and Welcome to LPF! :)

Wow that looks very sweet.
Just be super careful, 2W of invisible laser is rather dangerous, it'll blind you
without you even noticing!!

Oh and also, instead of posting three separate times back to back, in future you might
want to just "edit" your original post and add the stuff there. ;)

i do not know the microprocessor inside, but i will disassemble the controller box soon. i will test the laser in hard conditions ( a few hours of continuous use ) and then i will disassemble the box.

The diode itself can probably go a little lower than 30%, but not much because of the threshold current.

i will disassemble the box because i wonder the controller circuit. and will look for any modifications can be made.

i will use this laser to cut stickers and balsa. i ordered a cnc machine to the same store. but they do not have the cnc machine in stock and they will inform me when arrives.

i will record some videos when the laser working.

the transparent pipe is for pressurized air coming from the controller box. the nozzle is an air outlet at the same time and does not allow the smoke from the material to damage the optics.

Looks like a great laser. Also if you dont mind me asking, how much did it cost? (I would love to buy one).

i operated the laser today. i need to build a fan to my workshop cause this thing produces a lot of smoke especially when focused to plastic. i will share videos with you.

this laser cost me 785usd with a little bargain ..:)

The other thing for you to be cautious of, besides the laser beam itself is the toxicity of the smoke when plastic burns. It probably isn't pvc that you're burning, but pvc smoke is very toxic.
