GB Senkat diode at 3.0 volts ok?

I know the spec sheet says the diodes operating voltage is 2.5 but DDL's circuit runs it fine at 2.8ish. I have a driver that runs it at 3.04 and don't want to fry one of them...what do you guys think about 3.0? No big deal, or better watch out?

I run them at 3v and 3.2v all the time with no issues (so far !) YMMV though - each diode is just a tiny bit different.
