Firework night went with a bang and then I noticed my pocket was hot  when I looked I noticed that my Sentorch has switched itself on and was pretty damn hot!!!! I could only gather it had been on for quite a while :-?

After looking at all the leftovers of the firework I noticed the fuse protectors for the large rockets would fit on the end of my Sentorch  So Chopped the cone tip off to make a finger hole to access the on/off button....

If anyone has not seen the Sentorch in the flesh then this is it's tail from a side view. You can clearly see how easy it is to be switched on in your pocket....

NICE !!! Save those things, man...slice up the diffraction grating film you have, and make a cap to hold them on the end of the Sentorch ! HINT : If you add extra film (even of the same type) at varying angles, you can increase the effect dramitically ! :)

They won't fit over the aperture mate only very tightly over the battery/switch/end cap, so they can be left on permanently whilst unscrewing the tailcap to replace the batteries...

I have found a kids sweet that has a container which has been adapted into an protective end cap/diffraction grating. I had to drill the bottom out of it to make it fit so now the Sentorch is very pocket friendly and awesome fun too ;)

Hey Timelord, would you mind doing an entire review on the sentorch? Beam pics, how it is adjusted, and all that good stuff? Thanks!

I don't mind doing a review at all but I won't be adjusting it at all as mine is so well culminated and I'm a firm believer in 'If it's not broken then don't try to fix it' ;)

Thanks :) Could you include how it is adjusted?

I would think that the inner ring will be the one to turn to adjust the beam ;)

What's the duty cycle, what batteries, how many, how big compared to a CNI pen or something, common Timelord, I know you can whip up a good review ;D

2x CR123A Lithium batteries duty cycle is 100% it's kicking out 220mw @ 660nm, lights matches at 14 feet and beyond. It pops balloons easily at 35-40 feet, it's very visible at night, I've cut electrical tape at 7 feet with ease.
What can I say it's a beast
