6x diode testing

got myself a 6x diode from here for some testing -

the results so far - this is with heat sink only NO tec. as you can see from the pic's the thermometer is attached to the top of the diode block

Now i know from previous diode testing that if the mw’s hasnt dropped for a whole hour the diode can handle this power without any problems. So turned it up to 200mw’s.

the current is there mate

set at 145ma for 150mw then turned up to 180ma for 200mw

Is this all with just the aixiz acrylic lens?

These are quality diodes- I have one at 204mA and I get 240mW with aixiz glass lens

yes just a standard aixiz plastic lens

when i next get time ill up the ma's a bit
