Thanks for the good suggestion, i will PM igort about this,. any way can you estimate how much power wil it put out when it runs at 420mA? Thanks.

Good decision. IgorT will be able to help. At 420mA this should put out about 250-260mW. Trust me, that is plenty of light to burn with. I built this one just to prove I could. My "personal" red is run at 420mA. It puts out 250mW.
