WS Deal dosn't play fair

Howdy All just a note to let all know of my last experance with these guys.
last November I bought two lasers from them LP148B a red/green with stars and a LP115B 50mW green laser. on 11-28-09 I recieved them and about 12-5-09 the 50mW died and on 12-25-09 the red/grn with stars died, I contacted WS Deal and they told me to check the battries well after a few emails they told me to send it back, on 1-14-10 I did send it back sent them the number from the customs slip and waited I have emailed them after waiting for an appropate time for it to get there ( and yes I know how fast that guy can row the boat) I have sent them 6 emails at the same email address I WAS getting responses from but now they have put me on ignor, is this any way to run a business ? dose any one know if they are still doing business ? if they are I would stear clear of them as once they get your money that is all they seem to be interested in, ther is certinly no customer service after the sale
I'm out just over $100.00 with the return shipping, don't you be !

The best preventative maintenance for thes BestOfferBuy/WSDeal/Focalprice "LPxxxN" chinese lasers seems to be "Do not use them".

They'll last a real long time this way.

I don't get how hard it is to make reliable.... contact switches and stuff?

Thats the worst part about buying from some of these companies. It's so easy for them to just say they never got it.
Thats why you need to send it with tracking or with delivery confirmation.

I still don't know how or why the USPS is so much more costly then HK post.
DX, O-Like, Rayfoss, etc. can send packages to the U.S. with both tracking and signature confirmation, for just a few pennies. Heck, DX does it for free on any purchase over $10.
Recently, I sent a package back to O-Like. It ended up costing me $23. After I added tracking and delivery confirmation.
