I tested lvyilaser customer service for Lvyilaser 445nm 1W , you can read on Lvyilaser page :

We guarantee that all products enjoy 1 year warranty

I sent this mail >>>

Received laser, however I have used the laser a few times for just a few seconds each time and after shutting it off when i turn it on now the laser light that is emmited is extremely dim. Batteries (2 x 16430 ) are brand new and full charged, so its not the baterries.

I must paid $25 + return freight !!!
Its your conception for service garanty.
Another solution :
I tested your laser , 445 diode is dead (very weak ).
You can send me a new 445 diode.
How much i should pay ?
Please understand each other.

Conclusion :

You send your laser that as NO problem, must paid $25 + double shipping . Your laser as a default, 445 led need to change, must paid $50 + double shipping.

i think this is the same site that proved already on this Forum that they are no good and should not be ordered from LOL i was going to order form them my self but then started seeing how they act and yep all i can say is one order lost lol

Just do a chargeback on your credit card or credit card funded paypal payment. If you paid some other way, then you might be out of luck. Bill

Artificial damage can be covered by warranty. You have taken apart the electronic circuit. It’s not reasonable to blame on us for the fault. We had given a strict check before we sent. So now it’s not sure if the laser tube is burnt or not. You send to us, and we’ll repair it after we receive. If the tube will be burnt, of course you should cover the fee. We’ll only charge you the cost 50 $. And where the fault is? You can ask others to tell their opinions. Now it’s not sure if the laser tube is burnt or not. It can be sure after I receive, if the tube wouldn’t be broken, we’ll offer you free maintenance.

Everybody, come and express your view, now some guys on this forum gave us harsh time deliberately, hoping us to die. But I tell you, we’re really upset. If we didn’t fix the price of 1W 445nm at 170 $, you won’t enjoy this favorable. Now the price of new-coming model 445nm will be close to 300$. I really feel some guys are bitch, who want to buy the same thing with double price. We don’t have any other choice, and meanwhile we also get this feeling in these days. Pitch! So we don’t want to say anything. Recently one competitor came to ask me, why I sell at such a low price at 170$, which influences the price-setting of the entire international market, and I think he was right. So if some guys are bitches, why we have to keep such a low price?

Let’s calculate the cost: the freight from here to Israel is 30$, the cost of 1w 445nm is 65$. Layer eye 20$, charger 5$. And now we sent a complete new one to him, and we covered the freight. We accepted. BERNI, it’s up to your personal quality, if you think you are a good guy as we are, please send us back the broken one. Even if you don’t want, it’s ok. What important is to figure one guy out! We only don’t hope the guys on this forum to come to buy our products. We don’t care at all. Thanks. Please don’t come to buy, never! So those guys who want to give us harsh time, please shut up your mouth, because your target has been reached. We’re honest, and do business step by step. Our products have been always checked seriously before we send them. jieff111 some advise for you, when dealing with the public Show Respect at all times, even if someone upsets you and you get made remember the way you act will have people make up there minds on if they should buy from you or the people who employ you, I run a Web Site Host and a few other things online and sorry to say but I have started using you on my sites to show people what not to do when dealing with clients you are a text book example of a bad employee, If i owned the place you worked at i would send you packing faster then you could post another msg on this forum because you have made the place you work at look really bad and when people Look up your site on Google they will find these posts and just say No to buying from you cause you have no clue how to deal with the Public.

Maybe there’re some misunderstanding between us regarding to repair service that you mentioned.



1. We asked you to pay USD25, but actually this is delivery cost that you shall bear after repairing and you must pay us in advance, but you misunderstood. You considered this USD 25 is repairing charge. There was one laser tube, one pair of glasses and one charger. The package was overweight and USD 30 was collected by express company. If we only send you one laser tube after repairting then the parcel will not be overweight, then experss company only charge USD25. But you need to cover delivery cost of USD 25.



2. We sell laser tube for USD170 each for very low profit, we bear more risk than buyer since we use Paypal transaction. Therefore we chekced many times before shipment in order to ensure product quality. We think you did dissemble circuit board for higher power after reading your post on Internet forum. You send us an E-mail after breakdown. We also contacted you timely in order to solve the problem. We didn’t ignore your problem but reflect to you very actively. We don’t provide repair service because of speciality of 1w blue, however, we provice 1 year repair service for other 532nm and 650nm. We know 1w blue tube is a type of second-hand tube that made in Japan, it’s a tube removed from projector while original cost is USD48 each. We only make shipment after proving it's qualified . We normally don’t provide repair service due to customer dissemble the tube by himself or tube is unusable, otherwise we will bear great loss. This is understandable for both of all. Warranty clause certainly exclude condition of man-made sabotage




3. We are not sure if your laser tube is broken or not, so we need you to send it back to us. We also told you in previous reply that we we would repair it for free if it’s not yet burnt, but we need you to pay USD25 as delivery cost.



4. Actually we have 1 laser that shall be sent to USA but we sent to your address in Israel, we wish you can reject and return the parcel to us. We will appreciate for your cooperation. (EE070263088CN ÖйúÓÊÕþ¼¯ÍŹ«Ë¾)



5. Our staff maybe got a little excited in his speech, I would like to make apologize to your. However, I declare that I wish to have a fair and nice environment in this Internet forum. place... Then Berni can send back the Defective Laser with Tracking
at his cost... I think that would be fair...

Until you step up to the plate and do the right thing.... you will
never sell another Laser on this Forum... and I will spread the
word to other Laser related forums as well...

Only you can make this go away...

You do know that this guy took his laser apart and modified the driver right?...I'm not in anyway siding with lvyilaser, but if you take apart the laser and modify the driver for higher watts, then shouldn't that void the warranty? On the other hand since it was advertised at 1 watt and didn't meet the specs, that's when you should have returned it..

You do know that this guy took his laser apart and modified the driver right?...I'm not in anyway siding with lvyilaser, but if you take apart the laser and modify the driver for higher watts, then shouldn't that void the warranty? On the other hand since it was advertised at 1 watt and didn't meet the specs, that's when you should have returned it..

No, he did not modify the driver, he was thinking about doing it but does not have the parts.
