What sites will ship lasers greater than 5mW to the USA?

Besides eBay, where you don't know exactly what you're getting, what are some companies/sites that will ship lasers over 5mW (30-50mW) to the USA and make it safely?

I'm looking to get something in the 15-20 dollar range that will hopefully take AA batteries (more juice than AAA). Visibility is the most important aspect for me.

You're not gonna find too many, if any lasers running on AA's. They just aren't a good fit given other requirements.

O-like.com and Rayfoss.com are good options, but you are going to need to increase your budget.

The other option is any of a dozen chinese dropshippers (tmart, gadgettown, focal price, etc,.) but you get what you pay for.

Regardless, just remember that once you go over 5mW a laser becomes dangerous.

almost every laser site ive been to except dealextreme will ship to the US. Gadgettown is pretty quick shipping but again like Infinitus said you get what you pay for.
