Due to heavy orders load, we will ship all the orders next monday.

Normally, we need 5 to 7 business days to prepare the dispatch whether they're expedited or standard shipping, it's written clearly on our website as well.

Also, We have a auto message checking function on facebook so you might not get a response back immediately even your message is flagged as "seen".

Just a few days ago I ordered an expander and got the tracking number about 2 days later.

They might just be a little overfilled on orders right now. They also have this new waterproof laser coming out soon so that might be adding to the delay .

I've just received the tracking number of my package, so podo has shipped them today.

I ordered two orders, one laser the first time and two lasers the second time a week apart, I got one email with one tracking number. The thing is, I paid for HK post on the first and HK post on one of the two lasers of the second. And expedited for the third. I'm wondering which ones shipped.

I just got my tracking number today too, for my order I placed the Friday before last, i was a little concerned, paid for expedited shipping too. I figured they just must be very busy. It is tough to be the best laser company around, ya know?

How long does it take to ship to North America? I got the tracking number for mine and it said the package left HK on the 13th of December but I haven't seen any updates since then :cryyy:

December is the busiest time of year for the the mail. If you didnt pay for expedited This is still within acceptable time limits. Also those are China tracking numbers, once it leaves HK that tracking doesnt apply anymore. You are just at the mercy of the USPS now. It should come before then end of jan if you didnt get expedited. My first order from sanwu was a pocket laser and it took abot a month with no exped.

Ok, I had heard it takes longer around Christmas time but I didn't know how much the time might be extended.

What is your policy if you order and the customs take the laser, money and laser gone for the buyer ??

Most packages we sent out so far are more likely to be lost in the shipping process than the chance of being taken by the local customs.

If the former one happens, we will do a reship of your laser undoubtedly but if the latter one happens, we will offer these two options: 50% refund the cost of the laser or you pay extra 50% the cost of the laser and we will do a reship.

We do our best to avoid customs, especially to country like australia. There are methods to lower the risk of being caught by customs but it's hard to guarantee a 100% delivery rate.

Does the tracking break once it leave China? It has said Origin Post is preparing shipment for a day or two now

Yes, it will. It just takes some time to clear customs in this time of a year.
