what the hell is going on whith my order lol

so about 3 weeks ago i ordered a laser from laserman.com...about a week after the order i realised stupid me i had ordered the wrong laser :yabbmad:...so i contacted kath on here to find out if the order had been shipped and was a able to swap for the correct one and she said yes, she gave me a contact form to get in touch with them http://laserman.com/contact.html...i thought that was weird as its a diff site but i messaged them anyway..i then recived an email from that company saying sorry you havnt made an order from us we dont sell thos products.....ive tried using the contact us section on the site i order from but i get this reply everytime

i dont ant to cancel my order just swap it for the correct one has kath says my order is still and stock and hasnt finished processing lol, i know its kinda my own fault but what are other peoples refrence for a nice simple site with no problems ordering to the uk...thanks

Perhaps the best thing to do is follow the seller's advice and
cancel the order. Then place a new order for what you want.

Some sellers don't have an exchange program. To make a change
order the order must first be canceled then reordered. Perhaps
that's the problem there.
