It may not rise to the level of SCAM
However, it is at best just another drop shipper or re-shipper
It takes almost nothing to set up one of these "storefronts"
They have little to no control over what you get

Hi Cherry,
I have one of your lasers on order, and I expect several other forum members also already ordered one. Upon receipt I do plan to test it, and can provide a video of the test.
I do expect your laser to output lower than 200mW. If it does, I suggest you consider still selling the laser, but at a reduced price, and with the correct output listed. There is certainly a market for cheap ~100mW green lasers.
For those that have already ordered, if the laser output is not as stated, will you also pass on the compensation from your supplier in the form of a refund?

Only a relatively small number of people who purchase the laser are likely to be able to test it. I wouldn't be surprised if to date none of your customers have.
Visually, to a person that has never seen a laser before, even 50mW would appear very impressive, and I suspect the lasers do turn out to produce at least that much power, as a result you probably would only have complaints when the lasers aren't working.
For the most part people who do own LPMs (laser power meters) are interested in higher powered, and quality lasers, so they are usually not likely to buy that laser.

yes, sir,you are right,and many of you like to get good quality laser pointer,but if you do not have a try, how can you know the quality of the goods in our shop? and we promise that if someone buy laser pointer in our shop, but the quality of it is bad ,we will give a compensation

Based upon false advertisement. Selling products that have unreal item descriptions. When you receive your item, it's not what you paid for in terms...
But I must say for 20$; a case, charger, battery and ~25mW green laser with a lockable host isn't too expensive.
