i dont understand whats so fishy about it..lol just trying to hook members up with good deals ....knowing if something goes wrong its my rep on the line right... im not getting crap out of this... i give up!!!! its not worth it...

I continue to wonder why the hype and exaggeration. Why the "wlaser has been such a good dealer to me" when there wasn't a wlaser before?

Eight months and "over a year" are very different.

It continues to be too much hype (with exaggeration) and no substance.

He doesn't make these lasers. His divergence will be like every other eBayser out there. The best he can do is to offer better quality control and customer service. Your hype is neither of these things

How about, when he is ready, he comes here and introduces his company to the forum. Why are you hyping it up now WITH a referral request from you? :beer:

his new site is wlaser i have just placed my first 20 5mw lasers from wlaser should recieve them thurs. bytide/dearlaser were good to me...i bought from them wholesale outside of ebay i have no prob. with him coming here i will tell him to join and you can drill him then... and no he doesnt make these lasers but i did compare a 50mw green to a led shoppe visually...bytide 50mw laser was much tighter and acually made blk.tape smoke vs led shoppe that didnt...i would much rather wanna buy from someone close just in case you had to replace(3days) vs 2weeks......i will have him join soon so he can introduce himself and company...no biggie!!!! people hype stuff all the time why cant i..... and i really didnt even do that....ive only purchased 5s and 1 50mw green thats all isnt like im saying all are overspec or right on power rating..they are cheap greens at great price.with quik shipping with good customer satisfaction thats all..either you want one or or dont its that simple..if not go buy samething overseas and wait 2weeks to get it.....simple...

my pens will be here fri ... but look identical to opto.units like pic. above ash posted tks... i ordered 20 5mw with cases.... on this order... i just recieved a contract at local VW plant ..i will be very busy for month or so...im going to send a couple pens/150mw torch/200mw torch to a friend for testing.. oh and scotty 757 you are getting 5mw pens for 7.00 per green thats great see he is easy to deal with...

You can get $7 units, with free shipping from eBay. You may have to wait a little longer but you're covered in case things go south. Plus you know first hand who the seller is.

This is how I do business. Not with some word from a random dude on a forum, from an unknown middle man, getting lasers on the side form a web company thats not even put up yet. Too many reasons to get screwed, with no recourse.

do you really think i care if anyone orders from him...NO!!!! all i did was throw it out there..if anyone wants one they can order one..its not going to hurt my feelings one bit...i could care less what u have to say tj!! you are cracking me up ...like this is some multi-million dollar deal or something... its cheap green lasers 6/7.00 per laser quik service with great customer satisfaction...unless you want one why bother opening your mouth...its up to members if they want to buy or not not you....i know you have to throw your 2cents into everything right!!! and that is your right!!! hope you have a wonderful evening..

Speaking from experience here, patrick is a major critic of laser quality... If he says it's good, I will be safe in assuming, it must be good.

Your story has too many holes in it for me to trust you.

What is the big rush?

Are these great deals going to go away if we don't jump now?

Is he in danger of running out of these lasers?

Why are you hyping for someone that has not even gotten his business up and running yet?

I understand his point though. Good deals on cheap greenies, fast (free) 3-day? shipping from the U.S. (no customs issues if already in US). IMO, he's just trying to help out the forum members who may be looking for cheap greens.
But, I agree he is pushing like he is gonna' make money (or free lasers) for referrals.
Seems like he is working very hard without reaping any direct benefit, and that seems a little hard to swallow. :undecided:

Really? Where? I just looked at the threads he has started herein. Not one critical review is posted. Even his hyped responses here are less than "critical." Saying that one "looked better to him" does not require much critical thinking nor any equipment. I will admit that I didn't read through all of his posts in reply to others. However, I would think that a "major critic" would be doing reviews.

As late as January, he was still selling LED Shoppe lasers and asking questions about MegalasersUK in December. It looks like while he was busy "buying over 1000 lasers from Wlaser", he was still selling LED Shoppe lasers and shopping for a new supplier. :thinking:
