Hello Friends,

First of all, why all the bashing? Where is all that hate coming from? We didn’t even know about this forum until one of your members sent us an email asking for a product to review it.

We are sorry to inform everyone that we select our product reviewers based on certain standards. Among which, is that the reviewer should be a representative of a credible and reputable review site.

We are a legitimate business entity. We are most definitely not here to scam people. We’re offering quality lasers at good competitive prices nobody else offers.

It’s just disturbing to note that the members here readily took out their pitchforks and torches calling us scammers and prejudged us before we even officially launched our website.

Next time, before popping balloons and lighting allegations without bearing, please direct all of your questions and inquiries to sales@techlasers.com.

P.S.  How can you sell a PGL laser with a 500mw output (the one you compare to the Aries/Hulk) when CNI does not manufacture a laser of that power in that form factor ?  If you take a peek through the other thread and answer a few of those questions, you could possibly build a tiny bit of credibility with this forum.  To not call this forum a credible review site is an incorrect assesment.  Do not regard lightly the power of this forum, or its members as far as reviewing items goes.  With a HUGE amount of activity here on a daily basis, forum members rely on members' reviews of products to dig down and discover the facts about products out there - and they regard the senior member's opinions worth quite a bit more than review.com, or someone they have never dealt with before.  You should re-think the offer to have your products reviewed here is all I am saying - but if you do not, then I am sure that the other manufacturers and resellers on here will be quite happy to take the business that you COULD have earned by mutual respect.  Good luck to you - oh, and FYI to one and all - although I do many reviews on here, it was NOT I that contacted them to do a review. I did not want anyone thinking that the above statements about reviews were made because I do not get to test thier products !!

I'm sorry, I wish I could be kind and welcoming, but I feel obligated to be the jerk here. Why the bashing? THere are many reasons.

For instance: Fraud - you claim to be CNI's official reseller on your site. Well... no, you aren't. Any explanation?

Also, you claim to sell many models of laser that, as SenKat said, don't exist. I frankly see no reason to believe your specs, and lots of reason for disbelief. First off, like on that 500mW PGLIII, can you let us know what "500mW means". Is that a peak rating? Is that a 60 second average? Does the laser never drop below 500mW? Is that even a rating of just the 532nm component? What?

Then, you will have to send one to someone with a good power meter who can show us a graph - otherwise only a fool would believe you. I'm sure if you're confident in your products, there is someone here who would be willing to test the laser and return it to you in original condition (myself for instance, I'd even cover the shipping if the laser meets spec [and consider buying it!]).

Until you can account for these issues though, you deserve no welcome in my opinion. If you can clear everything up, I would like to apologize for my rudeness and welcome you to the forum - but of many many companies I've bluntly ] criticized, I've yet to see a single one step up to the plate and earn that apology.

I think NOVA stepped up to the plate and has delivered stellar products, and great service since you threw down the glove...I do not think you were as severe with them as you are with Techlasers - but then again, NOVA did not claim that cows can fly without a catapault either....

Heh, maybe I was too tough on them, but I don't recall saying too much bad. I recall saying they would either have to raise prices on their 125mW or sell underspec lasers. They denied that with a good explanation (I thought I was beat there!), but as I remember they actually went and raised prices on the 125mW shortly after. Not too bad of a prediction IMO .

I agree though, if I did criticize NL like I did techlasers, I was wrong. To date they've shown a record to put them up with the other respectables like Laserglow, Optotronics, and Atlasnova.

WElcom to the forum guys.
Hopefully you will be able to answer these questions well enoguh so that we know that you not as bad as everyone thinks
If you had to be labelled as rubbish or scammers here, you will lose alot of business as MANY people come here for an unbiased review or company cheers and jeers.

Unfortunately, since they ARE affiliated with Wicked - that really means they do not CARE at all about what others think of them - and honestly, I still recommend AGAINST purchasing anything from these people. They do NOT answer emails - I emailed them 3 days ago, going on four, now - and their website says tehy answer emails within 24 hours. BULL ! Anyways, it only takes being lied to once for me to steer clear of a company - everyone feel free to do as you will, but rest assured that they have already lied, and I do not see any reason for them to not continue it.

You won't find friends of yours here... I think it's better that you stayed away and didn't come back to say anything regarding all the responses we made here.

You failed to answer in a timely manner, you website is full of dung, and you continue to be too damn stuck-up to care about your reputation hoping someone out there will send you money on the hopes of not being scammed! That is very bad business etiquette if you had any idea what that is. I suggest you close down that site and go back to whatever it is you used to do before, because with that mindset expect to get no business. Ever a small 2-person company from China is sending me a unit for review before they can clear their name! Every company does that. You are not established! You just started! And I contacted you AGES ago... to get a response from you that is so stuck up and so self centered that you couldn't clear your name now without being humble. This attitude of yours will be your downfall... Look up BFG laser. We made them huge, and we made them small.

What kind of a company that demands respect responds as you did? You simply sent me a sales pitch and a comment saying you are not here to scam people but here to stay and deliver quality products without caring about your current image... REGARDLESS of the fact that you haven't made a single sale!!

That's too suspicious. I agree with you Pseudo and I refuse to send you a penny before you can clear your name. I offered you the chance and my offer still stands. But I think you are too full of yourself to take it.

After MODs' unanimous approval... I'd like to remove this post entirely because you having your name on here makes it too good of an opportunity to be heard of. Go build your opinion elsewhere.

That was me to contact them SenKat. I had made them an offer the day their site appeared somewhere. Their arrogant attitude and blunt carelessness puts them on my black list and I suggest no one buy from a company that is too full of poop to send a unit for review. That simply tells me that you don't have what you offer! Scams are born this way.

I also agree with you in regards to this forum's credibility SenKat. We're not biased in any way and all kinds of companies will vouch for that. On the other hand, when someone shows up selling $800 lasers for $300... you gotta be skeptical! There is a lot of surface tension anyone has to go through before they can become welcome regulars at this fine forum.
