These are very small DC motors that run with 1.3 to 1.5 Volts..
They were originally used to make a Pager or Cell Phone vibrate
to let you know you received a call.
Some hobbyists use them to make Beam or Solar Robots...

Each "model" is different. Some you have to heat. Some need a pin pushed out. Some unscrew. Some need to be "pulled" with a tool. Sometimes you just have to cut it off below the weight.
