Well, It's been officially over 2 months since my tracking information has been updated from 08/16 ORIGINATING POST IS PREPARING TO DISPATCH THIS MAILPIECE.

I've contacted the post office, and I have also contacted Lazerer about this. Lazerer responded after 3 emails on 9/20 with:

"Hi Matt ,

Please don't worry we have filed a fax to Hong Kong Post today and try
to locate your package. We get back to you once we got the respongd
from Hong Kong Post. Have a nice day."

They have not sent anything since.

USPS says that according to their data the sender has not sent the package. They said it was possible to get a tracking number pre-shipment of package.

I'm past the 45 day paypal period to file a claim.
I really don't want to cut my losses and lose out on my money or laser. Anybody have any advice? :anyone:

Yes, Lazerer has a history of not responding to emails after things get complicated.

Why did you wait so long to at least open a PP Dispute
to extend your PP Claim window ????

Try contacting Max again until he responds.

I was told on another thread to just be patient and wait because USPS is terrible at updating tracking info...

and I also thought it was 60 days to file a claim, mistake on my part.
